10 lb. Adjustable Ankle/Wrist Weights

These weights can be adjusted from 2 to 10 lbs. and are sold in pairs.  They can be worn on either your ankle or wrist due to the adjustable metal D-Ring closure system and have soft padding for extra comfort.
