Thera-Band Aquafins Exercise Kit

This aquatic exercise kit includes one-size-fits-most cuffs with fins made from hard rubber for strength training.  These can be worn comfortably on the wrists or ankles for full body conditioning.  Each kit contains two cuffs and four fins in a mesh carrying case.  Included are detailed instructions for toning and strengthening your legs, low back, inner and outer thighs, arms, chest, and upper back.
